question about the fork on the SJ 120 expert/s-works sj

Maybe a dumb question, but I don't know much about the in's and out's of these high tech bikes these days. What is the difference between the Fox Talas RLC on the s-works and the Talas RL on the expert? Thank you in advance for your replies.

The only difference would be a compression adjuster.
    Enjoy the ride.
