Thanks. 19.7# or 8.95kg. I put it through its paces yesterday in a 6hr solo race. Absolutely railed every corner. Came second in 40+ male against all the gearies.

quick question, those with the Comp Carve... What settings are you running on the front fork?? I might weigh to much but it bottoms out if I give it a good push... I weigh 250... Let me know what rebound you are running halfway? and preload.

    Thanks!

I almost went with a Comp but I was afraid of just that. I was told by my dealer that Specialized would put a stiffer spring in for free if I wanted. My dealership had just found that out, not long before I ordered my bike. Most dealers my not know this.

I'll have to look into that. IMO a 1400 bike should have a little better fork.

Got a look at the early release book at the local Specialized dealership, 2013 Carve Comp is 2x10 with a Sram crank, X7 RD/shifters X5 FD, and Recon Gold fork. Color scheme was a REALLY sexah red and black!

    OH SO SEXAH!!!!
