Anybody know pricing? I got some specs from Spec, surprised that the fork was downspec'd ...

    from specialized:

    2004 2005 2006
stem - 6 degree rise stem - 8 degree rise stem - 8 degree rise
rise bars flat bars carbon flat bars
Roll X Pro tire FasTrack Pro tire FasTrack tubeless tires
color - dream color - silver ano color - black ano
Shimano XT comp Shimano XT comp SRAM/Shimano comp.

Other 2006 upgrades- lighter M5 frame, fox 100RLT fork (with lock out, rebound compression, and threshold adjustments), Fox Brain Fade rear shock (adjustable from hardtail firm to trail tune, air spring, rebound adjustment), SRAM rear derailleur and shifters, and lighter Mavic rims. Hope that helps you out a little.

    No M5 Frame set

What I should have said is that there is no M5 frame set available. If you want to build your bike, you must pay $3,700 for the carbon frame, no M5 offered.

Yupe I can confirm that too. I directly called Specialized and spoke to their customer service people and they confirm that they will not be selling any M5 framesets for Epic Series bikes althought full bikes will be avaliable.

Anyway, I have already placed an order for a Red '05 S-Works Epic and it should be arriving on Monday.
