New question here. New Specialized. Questions.

I have a 2008 fsr xc stumpjumper, I think, (it is a metallic yellow/gold and an m4 frame)
So, would it be possible to replace the air shock with a coil?
The shock is 178 mm long and has about 2 inches of travel
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
(The stock x fusion 02rla is going bad)

If it's the split seat tube design, probably not. I'm not aware of any single barrel coil shocks worth having and a double barrel won't fit.

Best to rebuild what you've got or get a new air shock.
