Need help with XX1 or XTR crank install

Purchased a 2012 Epic Evo R today. The frame does not come with a BB. I understand the the Epic uses a PF30 style BB. What would I need besides the sram PF30 BB to install a XX1 crankset? If I decided to use XTR crankset what would I need?

Thanks in advance for the help. (First time Specialized owner)

first of all you will need an XX1 crank. thats it.

for XTR you will need some reducers to use the pf30 bb OR get a pf30 to threaded adaptor & use an xtr bb.

If you install XTR or other Shimano cranks use this:

    Praxis Works | Conversion Kit

Works great and you will notice improved stiffness and BB area will feel more "solid" with the bearings outboard of BB shell.

I noticed a huge improvement going from PF30 SRAM carbon cranks to Shimano XT with Praxis BB. You will not regret it. Plastic adapters and spacers are garbage!

I've had a few issues with my current Spec PF30 setup, but understand it pretty well now and have it working well (2,000+kms), for my next bearing change I will use an alloy PF30 sleeve rather than the standard plastic cups. I'm going with the Wheels manufacturing PF30 setup.

This is a good summary of PF30.
