    Need Help! Good Deal or no?

    2003 Epic Marathon $1800 IS THIS A GOOD DEAL????? HELP!
    Looks to be in Great shape!Fox Float RLC front shock, Fox Float Brain rear shock, Shimano XTR rear derailleur,
    Shimano XT front derailleur
    , Shimano HG chain, Shimano XTR fluid disc brakes,
    Shimano XTR integrated levers/shifters,
    Shimano XT crank/bottom bracket,
    Mavix X317 disc front wheel with Specialized Stout hub,
    Mavic XC717 disc rear wheel with DT Onyx hub,
    Specialized S-Works tires,
    Specialized BG saddle with titanium rails,
    Thompson Elite seat post,
    Specialized XC 2014 bars,
    Aheadset 3X SP-2 headset,

    Crank Brothers Egg Beater pedals,

    If it is new, it is a great deal if you are looking for a lightweight, low travel race bike. If you are looking for a do it all trail bike, you may not like it.

    If it were me, I don't race, and I want a longer travel trail bike I would get the 2005 or 2006 base model Stumpjumper (120mm) or the Iron Horse MKIII Expert for around the same price.

    No, it's overpriced. by a lot.
