Great looking bike, I drooled over that color scheme and model for two years before getting the Carve Expert this year with the same color scheme(and ended up weighing less after a few add-ons).

Love mine. Enjoy. If the brakes give you issues (vibs, noises), I know how to shut them up - PM me.

Actually he wrote that it's a 2012, so you're right - Avids. I just assumed it was a 2013 cause it's that time of the year.

Opps, I am off a year, I meant a '12 - the '12's have Avids and the new '13s have the Magura. Yours will be noisy...trust me

No noise yet but I've read all about it! Paid $1785 for it as it was technically a leftover (even though 2013 EVOs hadn't shown up yet). Debated about waiting for the 2013 with the Maguras but thought the price was right. Shop said they didnt have much experience with the Maguras and recommended going with XT if the brakes ultimately are not to my liking.

Welcome to the club. The bike is flat out awesome.

I recently upgraded my tires to S-Works 2.3 Purg up front and S-Works 2.3 Ground Control in rear. I also just ordered a shorter stem (105mm to 70mm).
