The red color version of this bike is looking better than I've thought!
Can you post some more pictures from different angles?
Does anybody have the green version and can post some pictures?
BTW: what's the formula brake like? Is it making a lot of noise?

And trust me, it looks even better in the flesh, I'll get some more pictures up soon. I didn't know they did this model in green too. In Australia we're only getting the red, the Camber expert carbon does come in green, I saw it and didn't like it at all.
The Formula brakes have been pretty good. They have good stopping power and feel, they do get a bit noisy though.

The Green model looks pretty cool on the Specialized site. It's not as glossy as the red one.
My local store tells me it's sold out though. Since there is really no photo of it on the web other than the Specialized site I'm thinking it never went on sale though...

Thanks for the additional Pix.
I think I'll be getting this model as well. My first 29er, too. I've done a test ride with a comp model yesterday to get an idea if I like it.
Even though I couldn't really push the bike at all due to the snow, it felt pretty good.

First post ever so I will try not to mess this up too bad. I just purchased the same 29" model here in CO and can't wait to hit the trails! The bike I am currently riding is a 29er carbon SS and suspension bikes just seemed to mushy until my LBS got me test ride a Stumpy with the brain. I was hooked instatntly and had one in my hands 4 days later! Now I just need the snow to melt and the mud to subside and I might actually get to ride it!
