Lost front wheel's QR nut from Stumpy Comp FSR 26" '12
The LBS which sold me the bike say they don't have a replacement, and I don't want to buy a new QR just for the missing nut.
I want to try to search for the part online, what exactly do I need to look for (dimensions etc.)?
Is there any short-term solution i can use until the part arrives?

Which 2012 Stumpjumper Comp is it? There are several different versions FSR, 29er hardtail etc which don't all come with the same fork.
It sounds like it's probably a DT RWS 9mm thru bolt:

Superstar £7.99GBP for a 9mm front skewer

Or maybe a 5mm quick release, although they're very common so a bike shop should have a spare nut lying around.
Halo Hex Key 5mm skewers £8.09GBP pair

The stock front skewer on that bike is a DT RWS 9mm thru bolt.

Thanks! So can I try to mix-and-match any other nut that fits a 9mm axle with mine as a replacement?

Sounds like it should work.
