How do you remove the S-Works/Specialized under top tube cable guides?

I'm trying to put clear protective film on my bike (Frameskin) and need to remove the shifter housing cables under the top tube. However, I can't seem to figure out how to remove the cable guides. At first glance, it looks like a small allen wrench would fit, but it doesn't. I hope I don't have to undo the front and rear derailleur cable to get clean access to the underside.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Nevermind... those are rivets and can't come off... BUT there are cutouts in the mylar sheet to be able to work around the cable retainers no?

Thanks for the reply! Nope, neither torx bolts nor allen bolts. There has to be a way to get these things off.

Thanks for looking. Yes, there are cut-outs, but I still have to unfasten both derailleur cables to pull them out of the guides. It's just one more step that I wanted to avoid. I appreciate your help!
