HELP! bike rack options for 07 Enduro and my truck

    Hey all
OK. I just bought my 07 Enduro SL this past weekend........what a bike! I have only one problem........because of the large 25mm front axle, I cant use the traditional bike mounts that hold the bike by the front forks(ie thule 821 low rider). I have a truck with a 8 foot bed. I have mounted one of these units for my wife's bike, but what do I do for mine. Any suggestions, please send. Currently, I lay it down........don't want to keep it like that for too long. There must be another option. Thanks all.....

Props for driving a long bed. Before I bolted down some mounts right behind my rear window, I always used Soft-Tie motorcycle tie-downs. I dont have a pic I dont think, but I would do it just like I was tying down a dirtbike in the back.

I second to motorcycle method. You shouldn't be removing the front wheel on that bike everytime. Use the soft type tie downs and loop them around the lower triple clamp.

    You can try this http://www.rockymounts.com/flytrap
    or this
    http://www.rockymounts.com/flytrapadapter

I got the regular Flytrap that bolts to the rails. The adapter just mounts on the quick release from the looks of it. You'll notice that they have a special 25mm axle for Specialized bikes.

    Hope this helps.
