    Fork question

I'm bringing my fork in for a tune up today or tomorrow to have them upgrade the travel and to change the oil.

Now i hear a lot about how some oil is too high and makes the fork too stiff. They also say not to follow Marz. Oil level table. This is actually the first oil change in my fork, so will the lbs know what kind of oil to put in and how much or should i tell them.

I weight about 178 with gear.

I ordered Marzocchi oil just so I can have the same feel as when it was brand new. But yeh, the oil level table is total crap. I measured exactly as they said and ended up with way too much oil. I called them up and they still use the distance from top of oil to the top of the stanchion measurement, so I followed their advice and fork feels like it's brand new.
