    Fit question.

Im looking around craigslist for a bike for one of my friends whos interested in riding. I found one thats fairly close to his size needs, but its still a bit off.

    Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Comp

This bike in particular. The rider in question is about 5' 8". I know this is a small frame, and said rider is bigger than a small, but could it possibly work or should I keep looking? So far its either xl frames or small. I figure we could work a tiny bit more with a small. I am taking him to a bike shop for proper fit and all, but I was just looking around and saw this.

    THanks.

Longer stem and setback seat post would work. $850 seems a little steep though.

The guy said he'll work with the price. Friend is considering it.
