    Epic, what tires

Ok time to replace my tires and I am wondering what size and tire guys are running on there epic? I am currently running 2.1 on back and 2.0 front. Thinking of running 2.4 front & 2.3 back. Also thoughts on running Ust on non Ust rim with ghetto tubeless? Thanks for your thoughts. Thought I would go with maxxis ardent.

Isn't the Ardent more of a downhill tire? That's a pretty meaty tire for what the Epic was designed for. Will a 2.3 Ardent even fit on an Epic?

Anyway, I run Maxxis Aspens in the 2.10 flavor and I love em.

2.3 will be really close and probably will depend on what rims they are mounted to. The largest I have run on mine is a 2.1 on the rear with x-max's

depends on what your trail condtions are like but if dry i am a BIG fan of the WTB Wolverine 2.2 TCS. Super fast like small block 8 fast but with a TON more grip. Its a big 2.2 as well just fyi bigger then maxxis 2.35 ignitor and larsen and bigger then kenda 2.1 nevegal.
