    lets see
9spd xt cassette derailleur and shifter "from old bike"
    hope x2 disc brakes
lx crank with 32 tooth and mrp guide
2 142 axle conversions one I9 and one dt swiss
a pair of racing ralphs and light tubes "till spring than tubeless"
    shimano 520 pedals
    reverb seat post
    Fox 32 Talas29 Terralogic Forks 2011
the bars are stem stolen from my single speed and will be used to get the fit right
with the weight of the wheels I am at 20 pounds
    guess It's 20+frame
the 9 speed will go back to my beater bike in spring once I figure out what direction I want to go
I'm kind of out of cash at this time so my other bikes will have to suffer
I still need money for latte's

I'm in the same boat, ordered a black frame.
    XTR drivetrain 10 speed.
    XTR Race brakes
Specialized carbon cranks with XX rings.
Dave's Speed Dream wheelset - DT swiss 240 hubs Stans Crest rims.
    3T Team stem and handlebar.

I don't think I've ever been so anxious for a bike in my life and I've had many.

I'd have to see that on a scale to believe it's going to be 20lbs. Is that build really 1lb lighter than S-Works version?

I am also thinking of going with 3t bars but am waiting for the Extendo team bar and ARX team stem

at least it snowed today so I don't think about riding it as much

Just ordered my Camber Pro today so I'm playing the waiting game now as well, but am only planning on adding some XT pedals and a new set of tires (MK SS 2.4/2,2) to it right off the bat.

At least it sounds like I'm only going to be waiting til Friday evening/Saturday morning for pickup.

I had a nice ride today (with the exception of my water freezing). Too bad you couldn't join me.

Whew! Maybe you'll forgive me for not stripping mine to weigh it then!

Glad to hear frames are shipping! Sorry to hear you weren't able to pick it up. Looking forward to seeing your build!

    Cheers!
