enduro pro 2011 problema help please

Hi, i just get a deal a enduro pro carbon 2011, my problem is the rear shock fox rp23bv i now that this shock is special made to the enduro and is hard to change to another one (thats what i hear and read) the thing is that even whit the pro pedal ON the bike have to much suspension bob when pedaling is like the pro pedal does nothing to give a firmer plataform for climbing, is this is the way this shock have to work? i read that the enduro is not a good climber but this amount of suspension bob is to much,i even put more air up to 200psi and the bob is still there ( i wheigt 77kgs about 160lb) my type of riding has a lot of climbing so please i need help to now if the shock is working ok, so others rider who have enduros please give me some advice from your bike, does the rear shock should feel so active even whit the pro pedal On? this is my first enduro and my other bike is a pitch pro and the pro pedal Works so good, you can climb anything on that bike even if wheigts 32lbs, please need some instructions from anybody, thanks.

Do the air sleeve service (new seal kit) and see if that helps. The 2011 Enduro has minimal pedal bob for a 160mm bike; even less pedeal bob with the shock switch set to pro pedal/climb mode.

I have a 230lb buddy with a 2011 Enduro. he says the propedal mode doesnt change the feel much. He is a great climber though and said the key is to stay seating and pedal smooth. If you try to stand it will bob like crazy.
