Dura Ace 7900 Front Derailleur on Stumpjumper?

Has anyone tried mounting a Dura Ace 7900 front derailleur to a Stumpjumper Expert Carbon frame? I am running the S-Works double crank. I have seen it done on various other frames like Yeti, Trek and was interested to see if anyone has done it to their Spec. If not, I will be the guinea pig and will report back what happens.

Usually road derailleurs are bottom pull and I would guess the routing on your Stumpy Expert are on the top tube (top pull).

Why not just use a double mountain derailleur?

    Weight weenie build

I am using a Speen adaptor that converts bottom pull front derailleurs to top pull.
