DIY Command Post overhaul : what grease ?

I'm gonna work on my 2013 Command Post tonight. What I'm basically need to know is what type of grease should I apply once I'll have cleaned the whole interiors.

Various greases I have available in my tool box :

-Shimano SIS SP 41 grease for cables,a very light and soapy like grease that does wonder to solve cable rub, don't know if that my be suitable for the CP.

-DT Swiss hub grease,a orange very thick grease I use for all my hubs.

-Weldtite Teflon Grease,my do it all grease.

I know many of you will come out with the Slick Honey thing now but unfortunately I'm not able to get it here In Europe...

I am interested in performing a maintenance on both my posts, as come winter, they tend to sloooooooow down a lot. The winter-tune specifies a lighter grease than standard (slick honey specifically, sorry) to remedy the slowness. Given your choices I'd say the Teflon grease might be the best option?
