I was board yesterday and went riding on the road, some lady in an SUV pulls out right in front of me I grab some brake and stop I have an 04 Stumpjumper expert disc with Shamano 555 brakes f and r a Fox float rc fork. As I was braking the front was shaking.
    Any ideas?

Either it is out of round, fouled with brake fluid (or some other contaminate) or worn unevenly out. If you replaced the rotor with another one that is not the standard rotor, it could be that the brake track is the wrong width, and you are braking on the 'spokes' of the rotor. Look at the brake wear track. It should not extend too much into the spokes of the rotor.

    Check out the brake forum...

Nailed it on the first try, I'm going to have to ajust it when I get a chance.
