Demo 7 Wheels - what offset do I need?

I'm thinkign of upgrading the wheels from my '08 Demo 7 so Saint/Mavic 823s, and I know there's some sort of custom dishing required.

Can someone tell me what exactly is needed, so that I can explain it to my LBS? (Simple language appreciated, 'cos wheelbuilding is a total black art to me, I have NO idea)

It needs to be dished 6 mm toward the non-drive side.

Thanks Jake. Does that affect spoke length in any way?

It doesn't really affect spoke length. Ideally, you can run symmetrical length spokes. If you follow the normal spoke calc methods, you can subtract 1 mm from the non drive and add one mm to the drive. But it also works fine to use the standard recommended spoke lenghts.
