You're wheels seem to always be co-ordinated for pictures. Is that an option from specialized?

I do the same thing when taking a pic of my road bike. Kinda a bike geek OCD thing. If you look at photos from bike manufactures, they always do that. When my road bike is hanging on my rack it HAS to have the chain on the big ring in the front and the 3rd smallest in the back, cranks parallel to the ground any wheels logged up like that, lol. Looks cooler when on display thanhaving everything all random. Just my .02$

I don't see it as posure style. I see it as taking care of my stuff. I spent a large amount of $ on it and I take care of it. You call that posing. Sounds like your jellious.

That stumpy is sharp. If the colors go together that well on my bike ,I'd line up the wheels
    For a good pic too.

Well, just like they said above, it's an ocd thing and I just think it looks better to have the cranks parallel to the ground, and the valvestems at 12 o'clock. I guess some people like to hate. But when I put it on the rack, it looks the same way. But if you're going to hate, learn how to spell "your".

I bought the frame-set as a 2008 leftover brand new a couple months ago, and built it up. Most parts are ones that came with the bike originally, but I upgraded the brakes, shifters, stem, bar, pedals, and went tubeless. I am done spending money on this bike, but built it for a fraction of original cost. It rides amazing. I ride it a lot, and despite it looking new, I do not baby it.

I have not used many different brakes on a MTB, only used XT brakes before these. These are the Marta SL Mag with the new Storm rotors. They are very powerful compared to what I am used to, are quiet, and very very light. I really like them. Thanks...

So you've got rid of those Mavic Crossmax SLR in the end. Smart move,I'm loving my Roval Traverse EL,they roll like silk and take a lot of abuse .
I've had Crossmax SLRs on my old Lapierre Xcontrol 910,great wheels but very fragile rear hub.

Can I ask you wich Command Post you've got ? 100 mm ? I think it's time I pull the trigger on one.

I ride pretty aggressive so i kept snapping spokes on the Crossmax which arent cheap. I ended up selling them to a lady who rides mellow XC stuff. Im really loving the Traverse so far. They seem to be a much stronger and durable wheel.

The Command post is the 125mm version. It is off a 2012 SJ Elite and has the gray lever that can be used as the grip clamp, unlike the aftermarket version that has a red lever and isn't grip compatible. The Command Post was by far the best upgrade the bike. I use it a ton each ride and it has made me a better all around rider and a lot faster.

The fork is the DPA version. It climbs great in 150 mode and i only drop it for long steep switchback climbs. I prefer the dual air model but I wanted a black fork so the DPA was the only option. I got it on closeout so it was crazy cheap and if I ever have issues with it I will convert it to dual air. That being said it is a big improvement over the float 140. It is much smoother over small bumps and takes hits just as well as the float did. I did upgrade to a 15qr and that was a major difference. So much stiffer now and the front wheel tracks a lot better.

Thanks, I've SJ 2010 custom build with DPA RVL, but my fails(loosing travel), and I'll convert it to DA.

Haha no worries. I just saw someone post pretty much the exact same bike, I was wondering if it was you. Its a kind of message board where its like a forum but people vote posts up or down and they have sub sections for everything. You name it, its bound to be on reddit.
