My 2007 Rockhopper, which I have just fixed for my partner to ride, new headset, Shimano XT M770 front dérailleur, Brakes bleed and pads replaced, The Tora forks are off my FSRXC comp, as well as the saddle and grips and pedals, new chain and outer chainring also fitted and all is now good to go.

Then my 2009 FSRXC which I currently ride, bought it for £300 ( I know cheap! so couldn't refuse) New Mavic front wheel and new rotor, Forks replaced with Rock Shox Reba Dual Air, new FSA headset, saddle and grips taken from the Rockhopper and Shimano clipless pedals. Now this bike is excellent and perfect for me.

I bought this because I thought it might be something fun to play around on. I've been riding it more than my other bike lately, and so I decided to upgrade a few things. I also just bought a small fatboy frame for my girlfriend, and I'm going to use all the stock parts off of mine to build her one.

    Upgrades from stock:

    Fork - Bluto

Wheels - Hope Fatsno hubs & Sun Ringle MuleFut rims set up tubeless (built by mikesee). Also have a Hauck adapters that allows me to switch back to the carbon fork.

    Post - KS Lev

    Bars - Haven Carbon

    Shifter - XTR

    Derailleur - XT

    Cassette - XT 10 speed

    Chain - XT

Chain Ring - 30T race face

Seat - WTB Rocket V SLT

    Pedals - Canfield Crampon Ultimate

    Brakes - BB7

    Grips - Lizard Skins

Thanks! I can't say enough good things about this bike. Puts a smile on my face every time I ride, what more can you ask for.

    2015 Fatboy Comp

Just picked this up on Tuesday. LBS told me Specialized was over-ordered thru September so this was a huge surprise. (x-post from Fatbike forum).

I'll probably put some X7 or X9 triggers on and upgrade the stock $35 Henge saddle to the Expert level. I picked up a carbon Easton Haven seatpost and lighter 2.3 - 3.0" inner tubes, but otherwise the bike is bone-stock at the moment - 31lbs. with pedals for a 19" Large.
