    Crud catcher on FSR 120

Winter approaches and the trails are getting muddy. Looking around at mudguard options, I reckon on either a Shockblade - attached to the forks - or a Crud Catcher on the downtube. However, the diameter of the FSR 120 downtube, and the cable routing, make me think this might not be feasible?

    Anybody tried this? Results?

Hi Druidh. I have a '04 Stumpjumper FSR and I use a crud catcher and it works OK. Sometimes the d crud catcher rotates and you have to keep and eye on, but it's pretty easy to correct and it's not all the time.

I think that the crud catcher protects you a little more than the protectors that go in the fork.
