    Brain Inertia Valve Loose

So I just goy my brain shock back from service, everything is working fine EXCEPT my brain valve is loose

    See pic for reference -

It (brain inertia valve which sticks out of the rear shock and has the specialized "S" logo on it) can easily be moved back and forth, so away from the frame or toward the rear wheel (but not so far that it's hitting my spokes)

I know the main shock connection near the seat tube (where it says "M5" in the pic above) is on a pivot and that can move a little but I don't think the valve is suppose to be moving? It's moving where it makes connection with the main shock body/frame connection which is below where it says "FSR" on the pic above.

Any ideas? I'm taking it to my LBS this weekend but I wanted to get some ideas before I proceed, since they are the ones who installed it in the first place.

Have you tried turning it clockwise by hand to see if the brain can be tightened any more?
