    'Brain' fart?

Got an 06 Epic Marathon. Bought it a year ago with very few miles. The rear shock and brain have been excellent, until yesterday. Started my ride on the pave yesterday with the Brain locked out totally and swishy swishy swishy. hmmmmm. Checked to make sure I turned it clockwise not counter clock, Check. Said the hell with it and went riding. Did a small jump, and bammo, locked out afterwards and worked fine rest of ride.

Did a dusty ride the day before and right before my ride wiped down the shock and brain. I wonder if a pushed some dust into the top of it when I wiped it and had to 'blow' it out with a jump?

Or should I get it serviced now with my next race in 2 weeks?

If it is a Fox Shock you will have to contact them directly for servicing: 1-800-fox-shox. For Specialized product servicing you can contact your LBS.
