Best fork upgrade for my 2016 Camber Comp?

The stock fork, RockShox Revelation RC3 29, is toast.

    I'm 6'2 and 210 pounds and I don't land "lightly".

    Best new fork?

    Thoughts?

Fox TALAS 34 150/120, gives you two bikes in one.

That's what I'm planning on buying for my 16 camber but can't find it in 29" 140/110mm anywhere but ebay

GD it! Fox is killing me, they only have the TALAS in a 36 130/160 for a 29 wheel for 2017. I am willing to bet they have some 2016 forks in stock still, or you can pay a little extra a have a "custom" fork built....

I am running a RS PIKE rct3 @ 140mm on a 2016 SW Camber. Very happy with the ride, stiffness, and the extra 10mm is perfect for the area I ride. Easy to covert as well back to 130mm as needed.

    Highly recommended...

I assume you're on a 27.5 sworks? I've been wondering what my 29 camber would ride like going from 120mm to a 140mm, would I notice a big difference in handling or climbing?

My favorite online store, mainly because of the easy site and local warehouse (MN), but it's not in stock!

you are correct on 27.5... slackened the head angle a little and bike handles great. Never ran it at 130mm as it was a warranty frame I built up, but reminds me of my 2011 SJ FSR Pro being very flickable, climbs well and descends awesome.

Great overall bike and would recommend to anyone for an all purpose trail bike.

Grab a 130mm Fox 34 or Pike. The half degree slackening and extra travel will make it a more capable descender, and you won't lose much of anything on the uphill. As a larger guy, you'll also appreciate the beefier stanchions, and there is hardly any weight penalty (at least for the Fox).
