A friend of mine just picked up a new gary fisher supercaliber and got a free pump for his suspension. When i got my stumpjumper last year i did not get one. i had to buy it extra. Is this normal from specialized. thanks

When I bought my Specialized XC Comp, I did not get a pump either. I had to buy one. I doubt my new bike would come with one if it wasnt for me upgrading the fork, which does come with one. They better give it to me.

yea don't expect to get one, if you do want one though when your about to agree on a price say , "throw in a shock pump and you've got a deal" they aren't going to say no and lose a deal over something that costs them 20 dollars.

My $XX,000 BMW didn't come with a pump. I have to go to a gas station to fill the tires.

its impossible to fill a car tire with a hand pump lol.

My VW R32 came with an electric air pump, as it did not have room for a spare tire. They call it a Mobility Kit (also comes with a $80* bottle of goo).

*that's for the OEM version. I think you can get the green slime stuff for car tires for about $8.
