Air pressure set up on Specialized S120 Brain fork?

According to the manual I should have my air pressure around 75-80 PSI for a 170-175 pound rider. This is also what I ran on my Stumpy comp with no problems. However on the S120 I'm having to run higher pressure of 90-95 to keep from bottoming out the fork.

Sag is at 20% with 75 PSI. Is this just the nature of this shock or am I just riding harder and faster now and need more pressure?

I would think that your negative chamber is a bit too large for your weight. Unfortunately , making it smaller is not easy and it requires that you send it to and Authorized Service Center....
