Air pressure on S120 fork after service?

I have an 08 S-works stumpy and just had the fork service by specialized. It's been almost two months now since I've had the fork back and I don't seem to be getting enough travel out of the fork anymore. I'm a 175 pound rider with gear and have had the fork set at 74 PSI. I just lowered it to 69 PSI. I'm only getting about 70-75% travel since the service on trails I used to get 90-95% travel on.

Brain is set one click from firm setting. Anyone have any ideas or should I just keep lowering the pressure till I get to around 90% travel after a normal ride?

After lowering the fork pressure to 69 PSI, my sag is now at this normal.

    Specialized says...
    Sag (%): 22-28
    Travel (mm): 120
    Sag (mm): 26-34
