I am riding on a 2013 sworks stumpjumper XTR shop demo and it is 9.2 kg (20.2 lbs) with seat, pedals (eggs 11) and tubes!!

I am contemplating between this and a canondale F29 ultimate

    no saddle.

And you've still got the pie plate on there.

Thanks for noticing, I will take the "pie plate" off and add a saddle just for you.
Weight is with the saddle and dork disc.
We will see how light it is tomorrow.

Congrats on the new bikes guys. I test rode one just like that at my lbs today. Super cool bike. I was impressed with the grip shift. Really fast, crisp shifts.

Don't have personal knowledge of this, but one of the reps I talked to at a demo day mentioned that the XX1 bikes would be significantly lighter than the XTR bikes... granted 1x11 may not fit everyone's style but am interested to see how these stack up on the scale.

Absolutely gorgeous. I've been contemplating going full suspension for a long time, but no FS ever appealed to me like a hardtail like that one.

I'm still looking to make a final decision on this frameset or getting a Air 9 RDO.
I really like the look of the S Works but find myself really liking the deals
Presently available on 2012 RDO frames.
