Does it comes with fries and large soda or can I chose a McFlurry instead ?
Loving the yellow but it really clashes with red imho.

I like the graphics. The colors look like an homage to the team colors of the late 90's.

wow. 3K for this seems really like a really high price. i mean its just an aluminum frame and it is still using the split EBB.

...You're kidding, right? The price on it is actually quite good.

Did you even bother to look at the parts spec?

The fork and wheels alone have a MSRP of $2,000.

Also, there's nothing wrong with a well done split-shell EBB.

    Alum frame +++

Considering the Sid w/Brain fork, carbon wheels, XO carbon cranks and world cup brakes; its pretty much a win. Price the build out yourself if you need more convincing.

Plus it looks awesome and there's the exclusiveness of having 1/150 of these bad boys.

That is a good price ......my 2011 Stumpjumper SS had MSRP close to that without carbon wheels and lower spec components.
    Split BB is effective

    wheels

I totally missed the carbon wheels. I am not a big fan of the split bb though. My Stumpjumper SS with split bb creaked.

I went to my shop the day it was released and it was sold out. Dealers already snatched them up.

Pretty sweet bike, especially knowing its comes with the carbon wheels and bar, XO crank and world cup brakes. That alone is easily $2500 worth of parts, too bad they didn't make a few more, any insiders or dealers will be keeping them to themselves. I would have scooped one up or still would....nice to have SS bike for Florida trails, especially with this build for 3k

    hard to get

At first look at this bike online I didn't realize the parts spec but now that I am saw the bike in person I was convinced that I would buy one on the spot if I found an XL. Even though my original specialized SS with split BB creaked I would still buy this one. The one I saw was a Med. and it had a sold sticker on it.

Unfortunately they aren't making any in XL. Just up through L.

My LBS had posted some info that said it was only up to L, but now I can't find it. Looking at the geo chart it does list a 21 and 23, but it says not all sizes available in all markets. I'll keep looking. I could be wrong, would be nice if I was. I'm 6'5" and felt a bit discriminated against.

Being that this is a limited edition bike maybe specialized didn't make XL's or XXL's. Never know any more.
