    2011 demo 8 spring

I'm about 195 lbs and have a 450lbs spring. Feels a little soft. Should I be running a 500lbs spring?
    What are you guys riding?

450 was the heaviest it came with, but you should be able to get a 500 for under $50.

Per this, if you need more than 2 turns of pre-load to achieve proper sag, you need a bigger spring.

The reason I was asking is I'm sending my shock to Avalanche Racing to get rebuilt. They need to know what size spring I will be using.
