    2009 stumpjumper comp 29er

    Hi All,
    I just picked up a 2009 Stumpy comp29er - its my first experience with 29er. Gotta a smokin deal on it. It is brandnew but the shop no longer had the setup guides and manuals. I was wondering if anyone had answers to a couple of questions;

    tubeless - the bike came with dtswiss X470's and specialied el capitain tubeless ready tires. Do i just use a stans kit? I have regular ust wheels on my other ride and will convert this one pretty much asap as i'm a tubeless convert.

    reba sl - there is a 'gate' dial on the top of the fork by the compression lockout. does anyone have an explaination of what the gate actually does? from what i understand it controls the threshhold of when the fork is locked out, how hard of a hit will cause it to bypass the my assumption correct?

    You are correct on the floodgate control. Use the Stan's +4 kit for the x470's.
