140mm Rear Travel on 07 Stumpy FSR

    Hey there

Ive just put a uturn air Pike on my 07 Stumpy and it feels great, much stiffer than the Fox Float it replaced, bit heavier but i can live with that for the stiffness and plushness they offer.

So i thinking that i might change the rear shock for a Fox RP23, i was wondering if using a longer eye to eye length shock would increase the travel?

As far as i can tell as long as the linkage doesnt hit the frame under compression there should be no issue with it? Also i know it'll higher the BB and affect the head angle, but this would be negated bu the extra fork travel.

The bb will be higher and you need a longer stroke and longer eye to eye shock, not just longer e-to-e. Go figure it out, try it, and post a review.

I never apologize. I'm sorry, but that's just the way I am.
