    06 P Series Question

Well basically in the Summer I'm going to upgrade my current Specialized P1 04 Long frame to an 06 frame, so my question is, which one basically? I'm in the process of making my bike lighter, so should I stay or should I upgrade ??

    ~Thanks

If your just asking about weight then I think you should post in the weight forum or the dj/bmx forum. I have not an idea of the 06 weight.

I do own a '04 p.2 alloy long frame with all the paint stripped off and polished alloy it comes in at 4.75 pounds. I cant say for the newer models because I never rode them. But I don’t see much weight saved with the same components. If I were to get the new frame it would be for the sake of getting a new frame, looks, and a new ride.

I found here is a good post.
