    Trail conditions in Sewanee TN?

With all of the rain over the last week, are there any locals up around Sewanee TN who can comment on the status of the trails up that way?

I'm heading up to a friends cabin in the area and planning on hitting up the St Alexander School trails with some friends. They're easy but have always been a fun ride with friends who dont ride MTBs, just dont want to bring anyone out if it's going to be a mudfest or sketchy in any way.

    Thanks!

Don't know anything about the Saint Andrews trails, but the Perimeter trail on the college campus is probably fine. A couple of the perpetually wet downhills will most likely be wet, but it should be good to go. I also suspect that the trails in Franklin State Forest will be fine too.

Thanks for the quick response! I remember some rocky trails out on the Perimeter trail being too much for the friends who pretty much only ride bikes when I'm in town and bring spares, St. Andrews has always given them enough of a singletrack adventure without allowing anyone to get in over their head. Fun to ride with people that I dont ever get to ride with as well.
