Tire choices for Central Alabama trails

Hey guys and gals from central Alabama! Thinking of upgrading my tires but I am not really sure what kind of setup is best for the trails in town. The trails I ride are Oak Mtn, Sylaward at Lake Howard, Trussville, Red Mountain Park, Tannehill, and Coldwater Mountain. Pretty new to the sport. I have two bikes: 2013 Felt Nine 20, and a 2013 Specialized Carve SL SS. Thanks in advance!

I really like a Maxxis Ardent 2.25 on the front and an Ikon 2.25 in the rear for this area. Both are big volume - the ardent has a good side knob and tread and the ikon is fast rolling but still has decent grip.

Tire choices for Central Alabama trails

Agree with BDT. Those are probably two of the best tires for southeast riding.
    Nothing to see here.
