    Santos Saturday Oct 16

Since my last thread got somewhat derailed, I'll try again here. Seems there's a bunch of you working folks out there who couldn't go on Friday, so I propose that we go on Saturday. I'm down for meeting up at 8:30 on Saturday morning at the main trailhead. Looking to stay away from yellow and ride mainly blue and some red (if the group is up for it). I have a spot open in my truck if anyone wants a ride.

It's like bidding a spades hand, with enough maybe's we'll eventually get a book. If you don't get it...nevermind, bad comparison.

Had a great ride with Aaron and Brandon. Santos is intense! We rode dern near every trail out there and I was stoked that I was able to clear John Brown on my SS. The rocks are something I wasn't used to from Gainesville. Definitely going back! So far, favorite trails are John Brown, Vortex, and I think it was Magic Mountain or Ant Hill...can't remember which one.

Was there last weekend camping with 4 buddies, we had a blast. Weather was perfect, 50's at night and low 80's during the day. We got 50 miles in, which is alot for us fat boys (plus I'm the oldest in the pack)..

    ^ Agreed!

I hit up some of the Croom Blue trails on the way home. I am ultra beat!

Let me know if you guys wanna hit up Boyette and Alafia in one day since they are only 8 miles apart. Ride one in the morning, take a long lunch break, and hit up the other!

Oh! My rear tire finally died at Croom. The bubble on the rear sidewall finally split. The sealant was able to seal it most of the time until i hit a bump on that part of the tire, and it would open again.... was able to carefully make it back to the car though!
