Out of shape mtn. biker visiting Chattanooga

Visiting Chattanooga next week for a family vacation and considering.bringing my hardtail.

The trails in my area have been un-rideable since January. I'm an experienced rider but I'm very out of shape from lack of riding. I was hoping to find a flowy, not too technical trail in decent condition in maybe the 4-10 mile category. Anyone familiar with Brown County State Park in Southern Indiana will know the kind of trails I mean.

Can anyone save me a little research time and point me out some good candidates? I'm staying in the downtown area as far as travel time goes. Also, if any of the trails are currently muddy or otherwise off-limits from the weather, that would be a great heads-up as well.

    Thanks.

Just looked at them this morning, looks excellent, Thanks. I was originally looking at Racoon Mountain but never having ridden there, I was concerned about my fitness level and whether I was bringing the right bike. The weather's been so bad up north this will literally be my first ride on singletrack since November.

A full loop of Enterprise South's 3 trails is roughly 10 miles of fast and flowy goodness. But to truly get a feel for Chattanooga I would hit up Raccoon Mountain. There are plenty of trails that aren't too technical and gives a great view over looking Chatt.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up riding Enterprise Monday afternoon. I accidentally rode Black Forest twice and then did TNT. Didn't care, was having too good of a ride. I didn't have enough left in the tank for log rhythm and chose to quit before I did something stupid. I planned to try a section of Raccoon on Tuesday but the family wanted to go to Nashville to see Third Man Studios, the Cash museum and Gruhn guitars (wife and son are big into guitars.) Hit a nasty traffic jam on the way back to Chattanooga and just ran out of time. Hope to come back down again for a mtb-centric trip and convince a friend or two to come along.
