Loyce Harpe Park AKA Carter Road

I am new to the fourm and would like to know how many people out there have or still ride Carter Road?

I am a big fan of the trails and the Ridge Riders that take care of them.

A lot of people out at Carter Rd on Sunday. The Ridge Riders had a group ride. The trail is in great shape.

I live right down the street from carter so I'm there at least a few times a week when weather permits. Just went today and the trails are in fantastic shape. I just wish the trails were designated for mtb only. I swear so many people just stand on the trails. ive almost ran over dogs and children before.

Love me some Carter Rd. Ride there once or twice a week religiously. Trails are in great shape with a couple of new additions. More to come soon.

I've been there two or three times. I try to mix up which places I hit when I'm down there. I really like Carter.

    Loyce Harpe Park is awesome!

I try to ride there about once a month, going there tomorrow morning.., Alafia and Boyette are closer to home for me though!

EDIT: As I was entering the trails on Saturday, I collided with some yahoo attempting to go back to his truck to make sure it was locked. It was a sharp corner about a mile in & neither of us seen the other in time to react.

I expected the entrance to be a "one way" trail.

I'll be avoiding these trails for the foreseeable future.

Looks like they are doing some work on the trails over at Carter. That new wall at the end of snake ride should be a blast.

Apparently, some do it on Saturdays too.

This shouldn't be a grey area. Rider beware - Put your pads on when entering these trails. I'll be ordering a new set of POC knee pads before I go back! Having a sprained knee for three days is very annoying.
