Join Atlanta Outfitters for a beautiful Fall weekend in the Tennessee mountains!
Hiking, biking and rafting opportunities are available! There will be plenty of time on both Saturday and Sunday to hike or mountain bike. Group rides by ability and womens only ride available.
Local trail systems include Tanasi, Chilhowee, Brush Creek, the Benton McKaye (one section open to bikes but otherwise it's hiking only).
Friday and Saturday night bonfires complete with ghost stories, smores (provided), and a costume contest!
Mountain and road cycling
Scenic Vistas within walking distance from camp
Helmets are required for mountain bike rides. BYOB -- bike.
Rafting gear will be provided but you may want to bring a long sleeve shirt to wear on the river.
Flatwater paddling is also available. BYOB - boat.
Water bottles / hydration pack
Sleeping bag / bed roll. Mattresses provided.
Proper footwear for intended activity. Atlanta Outfitters reserves the right to advise against a particular activity if you do not have proper footwear. For example, don't plan to do a 10 mile in sandals -- bring hiking shoes, sturdy sneakers, etc.
Proper clothing: it will be chilly! Bring your fleece, long pants, long sleeve shirts, raingear, hat, gloves -- whatever you feel you need to stay warm or be comfortable!
$85 / person includes 2 nights bunkhouse style lodging and meals Saturday and Sunday.
Rafting option (add-on) = $30 / person per trip. (if you want to raft Saturday and Sunday, then it's $30x2 = $60).
