How much does that Heckler weigh? I'm throwing around the idea of getting one next spring/summer, and was curious. I'm trying to decide between the usual suspects: Heckler, 5 Spot, Id, ect...
here is mine. 30 to 31 pounds. the frame with a 5th element coil is 8 pounds. Sooo happy with my bike. Climbs great. Those other bikes are really nice too.

My XL Heckler frame with the 5th Air came out to 7lbs on the money. The final build is right at 30 with some not so light parts. I have to say when everything is working, it's the sweetest bike I've been on. However, in the several months I've had it, it's mainly taking up space in my garage because the 5th Air shock went out on me. Unlike most people on mtbr with IFP problems, it was actually the shock bushings that went out. A friend of mine had the same problem. His bushings actually broke. Mine were on the way. So, today is the first ride in a long time. I just installed the rebuilt shock and a Hopey steering damper. I'm very suspicious of my Marz FR Z1 SL negative chamber is leaking as many of them do. So, that may be another item I have to contend with. On the other hand, my rigid 1x8 Karate Monkey works flawlessly. The price of technology.... 8^(

It's not the lightest part spec, so it's not that light.

Weighed on a buddies analog fish scale.

Try to test ride each of those bikes you mentioned, 'cuz they all ride different.
