MTBR site super slow - is it just me?

Forums and my control panel take forever to load. Going back on page takes four or five clicks due to google leads, twitter feeds, or some other nonsense. Is it just me? Happens on both my computers, Windows Internet Explorer, Windows 7 Home and Professional. Is there a setting I should be looking at to increase the forum speed? Thanks!

I think this forum is not IE friendly. Some say to use Fire Fox.

Stupidly slow on my Firefox too.

My regular browsing method is to click the "New posts" button and wait for it to load. Then I right-click, "open in a new window" (or new tab if you prefer) on the threads that looks interesting. Normally I open up 7-8 threads and once I'm done ordering up the 8th thread the first one is just about done with loading all the useless crap and about ready to be read.

It's the code they use for Advertizements, and the quantity.

Be sure to manually update the adobe shock wave and flash and air and also microsoft silverlight.

On my mobile devices I use tapatalk since it's super fast and clean.

Google Chrome takes care of it.

I have tried every browser and none of them work perfect every day on every computer. It depends on the version of your browser add ons and the browser and also the ads being displayed.
