    I can't scroll right

I can't scroll right when the page is wider than the screen. This happens in Firefox and IE using the wide screen option. It doesn't happen in Chrome.

If I reduce the width of the screen to about 1/2 its full size the horizontal scroll bar will then appear.

This is still an issue, and coupled with the bug/feature of not scaling images to fit in a reasonable space, windows can be way wider than the screen and I resort to copying the text to a copy of Notepad so I can read them.

IE 11, Win7, all up to date. Chrome behaved the same way last time I tried it. This is in wide mode. I see that in fixed mode, it is all ok as well. But using a HD screen, i.e. 16:9 instead of 4:3, it is a waste of horizontal screen width to used fixed width.

    Thanks!

Chrome works OK for me in wide mode. I now just use it.

Wombat, you're correct. Chrome now works for me as well. I don't know if it was an update to Chrome or MTBR's js that fixed it but I only use Chrome for sites that absolutely don't work with IE. Switching to fixed width works fine for me on those occasions when someone posts a huge picture that doesn't fit and doesn't get scaled down properly in IE. That is probably the root cause of the issue--the javascript is probably not getting IE's width properly to set the display size of the pictures.
