    How to block Adware???

I have tried everything to block googleleads, doubleclick, etc., but they always come back. When I click the "back button", if nothing happens, I click and hold the back arrow and find pages and pages of http://googleleads in the history.

How do you deal with it?

use the drop down arrow next to the back button instead of the back button. Select the forum you are reading. Its sad, but mtbr just gets harder and harder to use. Almost not worth the trouble anymore.

Yep, that's what I do, but many times there are pages and pages of adware url's that I just have to close that tab and start over.
googleads and doubleclick are by far the biggest offenders.

Its true sometimes I hesitate to even check out the forum because of the frustration to wait for pages to load or having to click the back button to get a page to load.
I noticed though, that When I use the Google Chrome browser the forum seems to work much better than when using IE.

I really don't think they care ... We don't generate income.

    Advertising does that

But their ability to sell advertising is dependent on site activity...

I don't think the adware itself is the issue as much as it's implementation. Why would my browser get repeating hits and pages of the identical adware url's preventing me from using the "back button"?
BTW, when I use Firefox, I don't have the problem, at least yet.

Latest upgrade = Even slower response times.
Congratulations ... You've kept it properly broken, and added sound that nobody wants.

I complained about this last week, no responses though. Talking Adds

I tend to do more browsing while on my iPad. No adware problems, but photos and .gifs are more difficult. I think the site feedback forum is just a re-labled recycle bin, no one reads it.
