This forum ALWAYS takes forever to load. Seems the same to me save one minor detail, the "loading" spinny thing at the top of the tab takes a bit longer to stop, but the initial loading of the content is still the same (about 30 seconds a page, and before you say this is not bad, the year is 2014, I can download half a movie in that time).

    I'm having the same issues.

It took me about 8 minutes just to get to this page and leave this comment.

Something's not right, just thought I'd bring this to someones' attention.

about three minted per full page load here. initial load takes about 2 seconds but nothing is usable ("clickable") for two to three minutes. All other websites functioning fine.

Me three. The delay occurs anytime I try and access a new page anywhere on the site. I have also received a few "you do not have permission to access this file" when trying to read threads.

I think the facebook integration is causing this. If you hit esc while it's loading, the bar at the very top of the page finally appears as does the facebook connect button below the ad.

It acts the same for me in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. While it is waiting in Firefox it says that it is waiting for i1.ytimg.com or s.ytimg.com.

I'm seeing that it takes a while for the page to read openxtracker.com. Looks like it is some sort of ad tracker site.

Adding www.openxtracker.com to my host file helped a lot.

this is the same issue i have had. Same problem with firefox, chrome, and IE. Same issue when im on my work computer.

it has always taken a while to load, but this is about 10x as worse as usual. I dont even want to use the site like this.

anyone else tried these solutions/suggestions ?
    I'm curious 'bout the results.

My browsing is swift, after blocking beto1.lowendrox.org via firewall or host-file.

btw, has nothing to do with the FB link/plugin.

I recently checked what a single page load of mtbr forums does: 59 http requests to 31 different hosts in a duration of 26 seconds, in which the page is not responsive. I would expect this from a shady porn site.

I fixed my issues with this site taking forever to load..

I installed an older version of Firefox. Ever since I upgraded my browsers it took forever to load. So I put on version 17 of firefox and it is nice and quick again.
