can't read large threads with lots of posts

Is there a reason I can't read threads with a large number of posts, like "let's see those 29er Rigids" in 29er forum? I've tried both firefox and ie with no luck. Anyhelp is appreciated.

you can make the change permanent by going to "My Account" --> "Edit Options" and scroll down to "Thread Display Options". "Linear - Oldest First" is the standard option you are looking for.
