What MFG's use 12mm rear axles??

Hello all!! I'm looking for manufactures that use 12mm rear axles on their hubs. Reason: I have axcess to machine shop and a lathe and I want make an excentric axle by off setting the 10mm part that goes into the dropout.. Just looking to score a hub or two to try out. Any suggestions or shelled out hubs are welcome. And of course any hub manufactures that use the 12mm axle.
    Thanks in advance.

With a lathe and a machine shop you could build a custom hub and go into production...

Then move your production facility from Socal to NorCal to Oregon.. Oh.. Wait that's already been done .. Nevermind.

Sorry.. No help on the 12mm axle'd hubs..
