Are there any symmetric disc hubs that take like 3 cogs?

I'm getting drawn to thick cogs and thick chains the more I look at all the ss stuff. Now I'm kinda lazy so SS is really nothing for me, at least 2 gears or 3, 3 I can live with.

I wonder if there are any hubs that can fit like 3 thick cogs instead of one? And if anyone has built a 3 speeder with derrailleur in the back, using ss hubs and cogs?

Most single speed hubs will fit anywhere from 4-6 cogs...there are a lot of threads on running 1x6 on SS hubs with dishless wheels.
