    The Stupor Bowl-January 31-Minneapolis

There's been a lot of fixed gear talk on this forum, so I reckon some of you Midwesterners might like to check out the 7th Annual Stupor Bowl race, next Saturday in Mpls. It's put on by the Mpls. Bike Messenger Association, but all are welcome. And no, you do not need to ride a fixed gear, though many do. It's a street race, commonly called an "alley cat." Each rider is given a manifesto at the start, listing mandatory checkpoints. A finish-line party with 3 bands at the notorious Triple Rock Social Club will be held. If you want further info, contact Chris Zito: churchof2wheels@yahoo.com, or 612.799.3963.

    over and out.

sounds like fun! too bad im west coast. (grrrrr)

by the way- love the "get rad" t-shirt that jeff (hollywood) got from you.

I went for a ride on super bowell sunday last year- it was the first ride after getting the TituSS built up, and having the trails to myself was pure heaven- not another soul on the trail.

Sunday afternoons are a great time to ride. Trails aren't as crowded....
